Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping time begins after processing is complete.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, delivery updates are managed through the carrier’s tracking system. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and Bare By TB as soon as possible. We will provide available shipping information to assist with the claim process.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for sanitary/hygiene purposes, all sales are final.
No returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, installed, washed, colored, cut, altered, or had the original packaging/seals removed.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact Bare By TB within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the hair and packaging.
Approved issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Bare By TB is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, coloring, bleaching, excessive heat, chemical processing, or improper maintenance.
